Principal Mike Kaczmar was a successful IT sales management professional for more than a decade, selling global software solutions to Fortune 500 organizations.  In 1988, he turned his skills to recruiting and formed Kaczmar & Associates.  The firm has been growing ever since.  Mike is especially proud that many of his first clients remain with the firm today.

Senior Associate Jon Lytle learned the recruiting business at the dinner table, because he's Mike's stepson.  Though Jon tried a different career (executive chef), by 1994 he realized that the family business was right for him.  Since then, he has identified and placed hundreds of top IT sales performers.
